is there a software that eases transportation of VSTs from old to new windows?

Had to reinstall because I tried a thunderbolt card too new for my mobo and it messed up the install drive, moved it to a new pc, and it would only boot with usb plugged in it, and after messing around with partitions too much and copying old system partitions from old backup to the current drive, partitions ended up shrinking so it was basically wasted.
I could have rescued the vsts with a rescue software called... TODO systrans but the drive ended up un-bootable so I couldn't just run it anymore.
Appart of Systrans, is there a way to install VSTs in a manner that if Windows ends up broken, I can just bulk reinstall them on the new installation on the same system?
