Looped Drum Samples Ruined Multiple Projects

This is horrible...

I made a template using individual drum samples from a sample pack.
None had the red loop points on them. (Yay)

I used the template for a bunch of beats, it was working great until...

I renamed my drumkit folder and then FL couldn't find any of the loops or samples I used.
No problem, I reset the path in the file settings tab.
All my samples loaded back in, and my sessions are back to normal.

WRONG

Every session that I made with my template ALL the drum samples somehow in loop mode.
To make things worse, all the samples are out of time and play multiple times, and I have to manually fix them all....

It looks like the patterns from one of my sessions somehow replaced all the original samples.
My guess is that this happened when I renamed my drumkit folder, but it's completely mutilated nearly half my tracks

Is there a way to fix the template and have it translate to the other projects?
Is there a way to fix the samples themselves and have them back to normal in all my projects?
Can anyone save me from this nightmare?

Update I manually fixed all of them by dragging in each sample in each project.
Very time consuming process... had to find the bass note for each 808, other than that the sampler kept all the edits specific to each project.
