the C4 note on all my controllers don't play and changes inserts

Soon after updating to FL 20.8.3, upon playing the C4 note, it does not trigger a midi note or play a note. The C4 note also changes the insert number randomly every time I trigger the note. *If I go to the mixer and click on the border, the note plays, as long as I don't go to another function such as the CH rack or anywhere else, then the note is again silent, then I have to go back to the Mixer and click on it again to get the note to play.
All other notes are fine, just the C4. I use the Arturia Keylab Essential 49 and the Roland Juno DS 88. FL Studio reacts the same way with both synths. I use a Focusrite Scarlett 4/4 interface into an HP laptop.
I was unable to find any info relating to a problem like this. I have also reset FL to default using the Diagnostics and redownloaded FL Studio 20.8.3.
