disable and enable tracks

Hi everyone

So this is a bit of a village idiot question,and I have brain fog today

I'm using Omisphere 2.6 in the channel rack with multiple mid and audio outs

As my computer is not that powerful,can I enable and disable the audio tracks,in the mixer,to save CPU?
