How to match sample preview volume and volume when dragged in playlist

Hello, I know people have asked this many times, but I still can't figure out how to do.

Is there a way to have the same volume when dragging sample in the playlist, to not raise the volume to hear the sound preview, and then after dragging the sample in the playlist having my ear bleed because of how loud it is

I use the "preview mixer track" for adjusting the volume of the metronome, so I can't turn this channel way louder and then lower my master to achieve what I want to do because it will make the metronome way too loud
