No Sound On Saved Project

Hi guys, could you help me out?

I want to open up a project i saved in the trial version now i have the full version, but my audio won't play. But if i open up a new project, the sounds work perfectly. I've looked at the sound of the master & at the asio but nothing works. My project also starts to lag like crazy, while i have a very good pc.

How can i fix this?
