Quantize tool in piano roll doesn't work

Hey,
I have a really annoying problem. I want to humanize my HiHats for example: in FL Studio I could use the quantize tool in the piano roll accessed by pressing Alt+Q.
But it doesn't to anything, no matter what preset I use. Some parameters don't do anything like they should. I watched several videos (including the official Image Line tutorial on YouTube).

Also I can't use other parameters like velocity or panning.

What's the problem? All my snap settings in the software are set to none.
