Volume of tracks change during balance

Hi
I have not encountered this issue in FLstudio till now. During volume balance and some tracks like guitar and piano increase in volume for no apparent reason and when I click on the track itself it reduces while volume faders have not been touched! It becomes difficult to balance volume as the same track becomes very loud and then reduces its own volume! I stopped what I was doing to check if this is a bug!
Thank you for any helpful inputs.
