Re: Please Fl for linux
It really comes down to software support. My wife hates computers, but she enjoys using Kubuntu. She has access to the Firefox browser, and all web applications through that, and the LibreOffice office suite. That is mostly all she needs. I am impressed with the leanness, simplicity, and responsiveness of the operating system, and it has a desktop interface she likes. My Windows 10 OS seems sluggish and bloated by comparison. It really comes down to having the software you need to use, and driver support. It's perfect for my wife, and could be perfect for me if FL Studio and some other software ever had Linux versions one day. Honestly, I would be happy getting rid of Windows.
