Problem with saving Custom Layout

I am facing an issue with saving and recalling Custom Layout for View -> Arrange Windows. If I set a layout and save it as custom, anytime I recall it OR I switch off my computer monitor and turn it on again, the windows get shifted a little bit (their size gets modified). It's irritating to keep adjusting the windows to where they were intended to be when saving the custom layout.

If not the ability to lock windows, I'd appreciate if this is fixed assuming it is an issue. Thank you.
