Retrieve old settings?? accidental update without migration

Hey!
Is there any way to get back the previous settings from an FL version before an update?

I don't even recall updating FL but when I opened it, it was a new version and didn't have any of my settings, file paths, midi etc.
Is there a way to reload it, or somehow go back to the previous version.. redo the update..?? anything?
