REAPER <> FL Studio project interchange - any tools for that yet?

Do any of you fellows know of apps or scripts that would take data from REAPER project and import it into FL Studio (and also the other way around)?

I know that data in MIDI files can be transferred between the apps, but that disregards automation clips / track envelopes among other things, and requires much manual work in saving and loading presets, recutting project-length MIDI back into editable patterns / items, and so on. Basically, the usual complaints of MIDI as intermediate format apply.

So I'm wondering if any solutions for better project interchange between REAPER and FL Studio exist yet.

(I'm aware that FLS VSTi can run inside REAPER and allow to get things done; this is about workflows where importing direct project data would be preferred)
