How to edit audio (solved)

First time writing a post here still new in editing in fl studio, I am trying to extract vocal from a track but the instrumental version staring phase is off by a few mil sec.
is there any way i can adjust to get perfect phase cancellation so I can get the vocals ?

Edit: THANK you guys for the response, managed to get the vocals with both method of manual latency or Audacity.
