Your clips need to be in stretch mode AND stretched to fit the grid when the cursor is located in the relevant tempo. Any clips that cross the dreaded tempo barrier need to be sliced at the change and realigned as above. Anything that crosses a tempo change need to be sliced and made unique. If you have sections that gradually change tempo - just give up and go home. It is a nightmare. They so need to fix this problem. Depending on the clips, enabling "disable embedded tempo" may make things work better. A lot of the problem has to do with how FL handles embedded tempos.
