Why does FL 20 have an automatic un removable Limiter after export

When I export on FL 20 with a increased volume on the master track, the produced file has lower volume and some sort of limiter on it, even with nothing on the master channel. How do I turn off this feature? FL 11 (the best FL Studio Version) does not do this. I want my exported files to be clipping and distorted, not lower volume and soft sounding

I exported the same track on fl 20 and fl 11 / ...
