Quick and easy way to generate a list of all 3rd party plugins

So I have a lot of plugins, like 300+. I am planning on doing a full system reset soon, and want to know what plugins I need to reinstall. My current method is very slow and involves opening FL Plugin Manager and scrolling through the list of plugins, writing them down one by one. I found a few ways to save time like if I have multiple plugins from the same company, I will just write down the company. I've done this in the past before and it has taken me anywhere from 30 min to a couple of hours. Has anybody else encountered this problem in the past? Any obvious or recommended ways that I am overlooking to drastically cut the time to perform this task?
I think it would be useful if there was a "copy list" button somewhere in FL Plugin Manager which will allow you to paste the list into a txt file or something.
