Current Mixer Track is anybody using it?

Hello,

I checked the manual:

and the video referenced there about the "Selected" track.



I'm hoping in this topic we can share some ways we're using the Current Mixer Track.

I'd like to get a better sense of how I can be utilizing it, and what others are mainly using it for.
