A script for backing up?

Has anyone made a script for backing up our projects? I mean right now I have to save every single project, then do the save bones and then save data for each project. I have a lot of projects and that becomes pretty tidious, would be sweet to just grab all the files drop them into a folder than script starts up and does all that for me
