Manually select link modules?

There's an option in Settings called "Auto select linked modules". YMMV but I generally prefer to have this turned off, but it would be handy if there was a way to tell FL to select the track or channel for a given plugin. For example, if the plugin window title bar says "Fruity Balance (Insert 25)". Rather than me manually pulling up the mixer and scrolling to track #25 and clicking it, I was hoping there would be a quicker way to do this, such as double-clicking the plugin title bar, or clicking something it the plugin wrapper menu, or a keyboard shortcut, but so far I've not found any way.
