Thanks. No Pitch Shifter and Pitcher don't share any code.
The breathy (wet I see) reverbed vocal is throwing off the pitch detection systems on both. I notice its been pre-filtered ( looks like a brick-wall high-pass? ) and has lost or corrupted the fundamental frequency (by the sound of it) which would definitely make it hard for a pitch detection system. I will have the developer look at it.
Do you have a dry version of the same?
EDIT: Actually you can see the problem with that vocal here...
The fundamental frequency (lowest one on the display) is quieter than the 2nd harmonic. Definitely going to confuse the algorithm. Normally in a vocal the 1st harmonic is the loudest.
You can fix this... by EQing up the 1st harmonic and then restoring it...
