Anyway, what audio difference you're talking about ? Can you share an example audio: auto vs graphical (importing auto settings) ?
It always worked fine for me though I almost never use the auto mode, and prefer the graphical...

Any screen cap of the settings in auto vs graphical mode (after import) so we can have a basis for finding your problem ?
