Is there a way to control fine pitch in third party samplers?

I was trying to control the fine pitch inPiano roll while using Battery 4. Is there a way to register notes as drawn on Piano roll, and just control fine pitch on the target control panel? It works on FPC, and I'm curious if there is a way to do it with third-party plugins.
