right alt + shift for slice tool

I've been loving the right alt + shift shortcut for slice things. And I'm wondering if there is a way to cut it to the grid. I know I can press "c" and the actual slice tool allows me to cut clips to the grid, but is there a way to do it with the right alt + shift shortcut? I know it kinda doesn't make sense since I'm holding alt key which is bypassing the grid.
