Running an internet browser as a VST?

LANDR just dropped their new vst "Chromatic." When I opened it in FL, I noticed it's essentially running what appears to be like a mini web browser within the vst window. If you right clickt the vst window you can actually copy and paste the link into google chrome and it will open the same page.

Does anyone know of any resources for creating a VST plugin that runs an application you build within a browser like this?
