Choose Next preset on keyboard

I am visually impaired, with a condition called Fragmented Central Vision (Neurological), which makes it hard for me to see everything on the screen (many small dead-zones).

I have a simple question, but with perhaps different solutions, depending on different plugins.

Can I choose "Next Preset" on the keyvoard (like Arrow Right, Arrow Down or N, to just scroll through the different presets?
I use the Archtype Gojira plugin, which may be different from other plugins regarding this issue ...

It's just tedious to let go of the guitar to reach for the mouse, to locate and then click on the Next Preset-arrow on the screen to check what it sounds like. I have to locate the arrow every time. I've tried to look for this in the menu, without luck.
