Can I uninstall my older FL version and not lose projects?

I have just downloaded/installed and unlocked the latest version of FL. Does this mean that I now have less memory on my laptop? If that's the case can I uninstall the older version of FL (hence saving memory on laptop) but not lose the ability to upload my saved Projects made on the older version?
