Problem when import and using the Midi Out with Fruity LSD

If I import a midi file and want to use the midi out with Fruity LSD in the drop down and let say i want to delete all the channels in the channel rack. it will automatically put a sample in the channel rack(not a problem). But when I hit a key its still plays an instrument that was assigned to midi track 1 when inporting. But theres nothing in the channel rack but an empty sampler. I tried replacing that with another vst and still plays that instrument.

Only does this If My controllers is assigned to Midi import port number Zero (0) in fl studio

Turned off all ports and disconnected controllers

Does not do this with the typing keyboard.
Does not do this if I put notes in the samplers piano roll.
Does not do this using flex or midi out.
