shop is going crazy

the IL shop is going crazy.
I already owned the signature version and last december I upgraded to the all plugins.

If I go to the shop, I can order another all plugin edition for 23 euro.
And in the plugin section I can order pitch shifter and vintage chorus, which I already owned.....

Is the shop going crazy or am I ?
