vst3 not being recognised

Im having a problem with getting a vst3 recognised by FL studio.

Im trying to get Astra by splice which is a vst3 recognised by the plugin scanner but its just not working.

I take it this is a known issue as I have seen it mentioned online.

What do i do to to get the vst3 working ?
