Loyal FL User Needs Help

Hey guys,

Hope you're all well!

So I built a new pc, reinstalled windows, reinstalled FL, and when I go to load the plugins, it takes forever to load, then says, "Couldn't initialize rendering in shared mode."

I've attached 2 pics.

I searched the forum and tried following steps to no avail so far.

I've also posted in tech support windows, literally every other message besides mine has been responded to. Maybe there's an issue with visibility:

My livelihood relies on this working.
