D16 Nepheton / Accent / Velocity issue

Hi, 808 emulation plugin D16 Nepheton in external mode can use accent if velocity 127 is sent to it from FL studio.
However, FL studio, for some reason, works with percentages.
So how can I send velocity value 127 to Nepheton?

Not being able to use accents really devaluates this plugin...
