I don't think everyone is happy. There are really a lot of professionals who have just moved on to another DAW. Reading music magazines much less often I hear them move from another DAW to FL-Studio. Not everyone thinks about new features, but when they get it, they use it and are convinced again that this is all they need. If we were to listen to someone from the Beatles, he would tell us that he doesn't need any DAW and that doesn't stop him from producing hits.
FL is developing very well, you put in a lot, a lot of work, but all users also need to be taken seriously. One of the greatest treasures for any company is real market feedback. Companies pay huge amounts, send out surveys to gather this information from the market. There is a nice constructive conversation and a lot of great ideas here on the forum, and ImageLine has to balance it all, compare it with the possibilities, and implement it one by one
The market is a constant race, you will ignore something or take priority wrong and suddenly you are far behind or you are not there.
Sometimes I get the impression that those forum users who want FL development the most, compare FL with other DAWs, point out the greatest shortcomings, try to help with such development that FL is simply a market leader, are the most criticized.
It is not allowed to be offended by clients, even if they are not a professional, provided, of course, that the client presents culture. I didn't notice anyone wanting bad for FL.
