Will FL21 feature a revised tempo automation?

Hey guys,

I found some older posts regarding this topic and it's been said in 2018, that it's "on the list". But I'd really like to know if the way tempo automation works together with the GUI and Audio Clips will be changed with the new version.

It's a huge issue, that tempo automation or simple BPM changes affect Audio Clips instead of the grid. In my opinion, the grid should shorten/widen depending on the tempo and not the actual content. It's really annoying to have to chop up every audio clip at the BPM change and even mute the previous clip, so it doesn't spill over. I love this DAW, but for some projects I might have to switch to another one, because of this issue and that bums me out.

I'd really appreciate an answer. :)
