How to find minimised Instruments/Effects?

Hello to the community!

Don´t know, if I´m the only one with this problem: In a bigger project I´m loosing control over my Instruments/Effects. When they are minimised and I pick them in the channel rack, they stay minimised and I don´t see them on the screen. I have to click multiple times on it to find them anywhere on the screen. Is there a way to change the colour of the tiny bars or let them blink colourfull or maximise on click?

I also thought of a "pop out instruments bar" where I can pin the instruments/effects to, to have them quick in one place and not scattered over the hole screen.

How do you keep control over the instruments/effects?
