2048 Buffer size but sounds like I'm on 32...

When mastering i put my plugin chain on which I've been using for years and and no matter how much I increase the buffer size it sounds like its on 32 buffer size. My CPU is fine and my sample rates match. I reinstalled Windows 11 and i have the same issue. its making me think there is a problem with my Apollo Twin USB because i can play the audio through my laptop or other WDM devices it works just fine. i need help.

My sample rate is 48k 24 bits
