Recording mixer track - Naming..

Is it possible to stop the file naming being so long when recording? Nowhere does it ask you whether you want to add the track name, date, time to the recording. An option to turn this off, and just have it name as the mixer track you're recording would be very good.

All i want is FM'D OSC DRY. Yes i can rename here, but it's so annoying to have to keep doing that with every mixer track. Please can this "feature" be off by default?

Also, not sure how to stop the recording being automatically set to the same mixer insert/track which is being recorded. This is also annoying. As chances are you don't want that, surely? Otherwise it's playing at the same time as the live synth/instrument/voice is being recorded. It should auto create it's own first available mixer track, or have the option to. (probably does but i can't find it)
