Would a tape emulator give me this kind of result?

Hi guys i'm trying to achieve this kind of "hot" vinyl or tape saturation for some of my songs and was thinking of buying the waves J37 Tape &/or Kramer tape, but I thought I'd run this through you guys here first, maybe you might know a way to achieve something similar to this with FL stuff or other alternatives?
