automation on loop point sample

Hello!

Surely you know how a loop point sample behaves when you change its pitch. The length between start (A) and end (B) decreases or increases. On directwave, it is possible to define the start and end of the loop without changing the pitch. In both cases, I would like to be able to do an automation whose length would automatically adapt to that of the loop.

In the example below, I show you how I would do with volume automation but the goal is to be able to do it on any of the parameters...

The ideal would be to be able to control this length in a linear way. I don’t know if this is the exact term but what I mean is that at 50% the length is divided by 2, at 25% divided by 4 (etc...). This is not possible with the lfo tool.
The only way to do this would be to play with the automation clip pitch knob. That divides (or multiplies) by 16 that length. But each time, you would have to manually replace the automation clip in the playlist, so that the end of a loop corresponds to the beginning of the next one.
As I mentioned in a query (viewtopic.php?f=600&t=261644&p=1642828#p1642828), a loop function with loop start and loop end in the automation clip panel would greatly simplify^^ the work for a lot of things like custom lfo shapes or tempo transitions. It’s still DIY, but I think that would be the best solution.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to do this for a long time, so if somebody has a solution, that would be really good.
