FLStudio messed up a bunch of target links, anyone seen this?

Lately I've noticed that target links for automation clips just disappear or end up as "unknown event", seemingly for no apparent reason. Just lost a few right now, and noticed that it sounded differently from one playback to the next.

Has anyone experienced this behavior?

I'm using 20.9.2 Build 2963

EDIT: In fact, some automation clips end up containing a different target link than what I know it was e.g. clip used to link to a macro in Vital, now frequency in a random PEQ2 instance. This is seriously f-ed up. It has that smell of an array indexing bug.
