Plugins wont show in mixer slot

I'm not exactly sure why or how but for some reason my plugins wont show up in the mixer slots. The only way im able to use them is if i favorite them. Ive tried rescanning I've tried uninstalling, I'm even now on beta 20.99 and still the same problem. Please help! I've been trying to search for answers for months now. Any help is apprecciated
