FL 20 love philter is not loading (new to forums btw)

Its really weird and it only started happening last night when i was working on a project.

I first added the love philter into the project and it worked fine but then i decided to try and use a low pass for the muffled effect and once i realized that was dumb i tried to load it back in and it wouldnt work

i have reinstalled fl studio and started a new project

i dont get any errors about not being able to load the plugin it just doesnt work

and as im messing with this i see that some plugins also dont work

its not an extremely big problem since i dont use love philter (or most of the stock effects) that often but i still hope theres some way to fix it
