What inputs should i make to get this demonstration to happen automatically.

In this demonstration I'm using my hand (mouse), to adjust shape of the wave.
Ideally i'd like to know how to use the Synth to make Aquire 'on the go' modulations that act as:

Shape (SH) - Tension (TN) - Skew (SK) - Sine Shaper (SN) - Pre-Filter (FL) - Noise (NS)
