Tempo change mid track

Can we PLEASE get the option to change tempo at markers?
I work on a bunch of movies and it gets really hard to work on just one project. I keep having to create multiple projects with different bpm, cause the current tempo automation messes with the audio video sync.

If y'all can let us add a marker and change the tempo like we change the time signature, it'll save us HOURS!!!
