How to keep chops length and timing of sliced sample?

1. I made a few slices of a vocal sample (COPY #1) to adjust timing of each chop shifting chops left and right in playlist.
2. I want to just clone the adjusted chops (COPY #2) by MAKE UNIQUE and copy them to another track and make some variations such as set another mixer channel to add some effects...
BUT
When I select the source for copied chops - COPY #2 it resets the whole slice and timing make it as long as original sample is.
Annoying. How to avoid this?
