How can I change the ''recorded'' storage location?

This is something that really grinds my gear.

I installed FL on a separate internal drive, but, it still installed a bunch of stuff in my C drive.
Why?
I did not choose the C drive. I chose another one. Why isn't everything there?
So, when I record stuff, it saves it on the C drive.
Now, how can I change that?
