Intercept VST param values?

Hi,

I'd like to intercept some VST params values once has been changed, and propagate it (in some ways) to other params of another VST.

Such as once "VST 1 gain" param change (internally by some own function or tweaked by interface) to for example 0.78, set automatically "VST 2 filter cutoff" value at 0.78.

Is there some interface in FL Studio that can help in this?
Patcher? Scripting?
