Why sounds my Fl Studio different?

Hello,
why does my Fl Studio sounds bad?
My Problem: Time start: 04:18
I have Setup Serum exactly like in the Video. But at the part with the Midi Notes Fl Studio sounds so terrible and not like in the Video. The Note E1 sounds in the Video completly different. I thougt okay maybe is the pitch different. So i tried the Note E3. Littlebit better. But still not as good as in the Video. And can someone explain to me how to get the part with the 1/16 Notes in Fl studio? In the video he explains length and gate, where is the difference? And how to setup in Fl Studio? What am i doing wrong? Why i can hear the bass in the video but not in Fl Studio. My Earphone are the beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO.
Why is my Fl Studio sounds not so good? I have usally Problems when i try to follow up a tutorial. Are my Audio Settings wrong? If so how i can setup the audio settings correctly?
