Slicex and Clicking/Popping Samples

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of the clicks and pops that occur everytime a sample is triggered. I would slice up a sample the way I want it, particularly vocals, but when I play it back, everytime it hits another slice it makes a pop and/or click. I couldnt find a way to eq the clicks and pops out without taking away too much from the sample's sound I also noticed there was a "declick in/out" option but those didnt seem to work, Im not even totally sure if declick in/out is designated for that it just looked like it might have helped. Thank you all =]
