Hiss reduction / de-clicking samples...

Does anyone have any advice on how to remove hiss, buzz and hums / clicks and "pops" in .wav samples. I ran across 2 pretty cool sounding samples I wanna use for a beat, but one has bad clicks and pops... Sadly, the only good hiss removal tool I've ever used was Nero 5's .wav editor, which surprisingly, had a very good .wav editing tool... Anyways, any advice on how to do this maybe in FL 7? I tried Edison, but the tools dont supply any real-time way to monitor your minor adjustments. So I dont know how to use it very well... I can even post the samples if you would like to clean them up for me too... :)
