Do You Use the Built-In Mixer EQ

Amazes me how many projects downloaded, where people don't use the built-in mixer EQ....Yet will then use an FX EQ to shelve or magic frequency boost.

So curious in asking on here; why don't you or do you, use the mixer EQ?
